Strawberry Ice Cream

No photos cos photog busy eating ice-cream and didn't want to take any photos. LOL!

Recipe taken from Nigella Lawson. Really good. Also made strawberry sauce from the strawberry puree. 

Now i have a lot of egg whites left, i wonder if i should bake an angle cake.
